  1. I am a retired United States Deputy Marshal and I need to get a Level III guard card. Do I still need a Level II card?

    • Thank you Rickey for your interest in Security Guard Exchange and its Network of Security Guard Training Centers across the US. You typically do have to complete the Level II Non-Commissioned Unarmed Security Guard Training before you can take the Level II Commissioned Armed Security Guard Training. However, based on your Federal Law Enforcement background, we would recommend that you contact the Texas Department of Public Safety to make sure what if any Security Guard Training exemptions you may qualify for.
